Rates are based on merchandise total and apply to orders shipped to a single address within the 48 contiguous states. For shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii, please refer to the shipping chart. PAYMENT METHODS Seda France accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa as well as PayPal. For security purposes, the billing address you provide must match the billing address your credit card company uses for payment; delivery may be to another address of your choosing. Without correct information, we will be unable to obtain bank authorization for your purchase and the order will be cancelled. This system is for your protection and was set up by credit card companies and online retailers to help prevent credit card fraud. SALES TAX Seda France is required by law to collect appropriate sales tax of 8.25% on orders shipped within Texas. Tax will be automatically calculated by our shopping cart system. BACKORDERS & OUT OF STOCK If you order a product that is currently out of stock, we'll email to let you know the status and give you the chance to decide whether or not you wish to place the item on backorder. RETURNS & EXCHANGES We'll do all we can to make certain you're satisfied with your purchase. Seda France will accept returns on items purchased through the website for up to 30 days after receipt for any reason. To return or exchange a purchase, please email customer service and be sure to include your order number, desired action (return or exchange), and a brief reason for the return/exchange. Except in the case of defective merchandise or a mistake made by Seda France in filling the order (e.g. incorrect product or quantity shipped), we are unable to refund shipping charges. If an item is damaged during shipping, please keep the item and packaging, email us right away, and we'll send instructions on how claims are handled. Please email right away if you wish to cancel your order or add/delete items; if more than 12 hours pass between the time we receive an order and when we receive a cancellation request, we may be unable to cancel. What are your hours of operation? Seda France operates during normal business hours (8-5 CST), Monday through Friday, but sedafrance.com is open for business 24/7. Can you send me a catalog? Because our product lines are growing so quickly, we do not currently offer a consumer print catalog.
